Code of Conduct

Amanda J.is committed to protecting personal information. We may seek your authority to use your personal information for additional or external professional services in relation to referrals. Personal information is any information about and which identifies an individual, including any information pertaining to an individual that is obtained from a third party.

Refunds


It is in the best interest of your health to disclose all conditions for which you are being treated by a professional. You MUST disclose any changes to medical conditions that you are being treated for during the course of your Hypnotherapy, as Amanda J. Hypnosis cannot guarantee positive change if the therapist is unaware of your circumstances.

Refunds on products (i.e. CDs) will only be granted if the product is faulty and if Amanda J. Hypnosis has been notified within 10 days of you receiving your product.

Hypnotherapy Services and Specified Promotions are not eligible for refunds. It is the responsibility of the client to undertake Hypnosis with a strong desire for change, an open mind and positive attitude to therapy.

The client is responsible for advising of all changes to their circumstances to ensure any impacts to therapy can be addressed on an ad hoc basis.

The Hypnotherapist facilitates change by way of making healthy, positive suggestions. The therapist cannot control or force the client to change. Results will vary dependent on the mindset of the client.

Specified Promotions are any promotion where Amanda J. Hypnosis is unable to screen potential clients, i.e., Auctions, DealEzy, Living Social promotions etc.

Participants of any courses of Amanda J. Hypnosis & Life Coaching agree that all deposits are non-refundable as are course fees paid whereby a participant fails to supply

Code Of Conduct
Amanda J. is a Member of the AUNLP, Medical Register of Australia and American Alliance of Hypnotists (Worldwide) and adheres to the Codes of Conduct of AUNLP

Refunds
Refunds on products (i.e. CD's, DVD's etc) will only be granted if the product is faulty & if Amanda J. Hypnosis & Life Coaching has been notified within 10 days of you receiving your product.
The student is responsible for advising of all changes to their circumstances to ensure any impacts to study can be addressed on an ad-hoc basis.

No therapy or training course can guarantee change. Results will vary dependent on the mindset of the participant.

FULL REFUND - 14 days written notice is required prior to commencement of enrolled course, advising of request for refund to receive a full refund of the purchase price of your course. $50 Administration fee will be applied.

PART REFUND - Seven (7) days written notice is required prior to commencement of enrolled course, advising of request for refund to receive 50% refund of the purchase price of your course. $50 Administration fee will be applied.

NO REFUND will be permitted for less than seven (7) days written notice prior to commencement of enrolled course.

In exceptional circumstances such as an unforeseeable emergency, you may request a review of this condition,
however you may be requested to provide documentation or evidence to prove the emergency circumstance.

IMPORTANT - Unforeseeable emergencies are situations that exclude vehicle breakdown, bills due etc.

No Show Policy
If a student does not advise as per Refunds policy of non-attendance of nominated course, no refunds will be granted.
The only exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of the Trainer

Please allow 72 business hours for us to process refunds.

If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account. This is also true for PayPal.

No Show Fee Policy


If a minimum of 2 hours notice has not been given by the client, a No Show fee of $70 will be applied to your account. The only exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of the Therapist.

Complaints/ Grievance Policy


Amanda J. Hypnosis & Life Coaching aims for a collaborative approach to grievance resolution through mediation and is designed to lead to a prompt and fair resolution of issues.

If you believe Amanda J. Hypnosis & Life Coaching has failed to uphold or act in accordance with any of these Policies, submit your concerns in writing to amanda@amandaj.com.au and we will contact you within two business days.
Should you believe that Amanda J. Hypnosis & Life Coaching has not made sufficient progress with your concerns, you can contact the following agencies:

Disclaimer – Results will vary depending on the mental attitude of the client. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose all health issues at the intake session. The hypnotist will not be held responsible for treatment of any undisclosed health issues.
