These are approximately 1-2 hours in length. In the first hour, we will discuss any questions or concerns that you may have about process (Talk Therapy), and talk about what to expect. The second hour will be where the Hypnosis is conducted. (Included in the cost are any relevant Hypnotic recordings for you to take home and keep.)
*Please note – Our “Stop Cigarettes in 1 Hour” program is a one-off session (duration of 1.5 - 2hrs).
